People do tend to notice bad service far more than the good service - personally, I am utterly convinced that mandatory public service (the military a la Starship Troopers, a few hours every week in libraries, hospitals, beach cleanups, etc., and everything in between) would lead to a better world, where everyone is more understanding of the demands and stresses of other people's jobs, and we wouldn't need to inform the public of what a great job we're doing.
Amy...Epstein may not have eaten babies, but I've seen posts that stated that the young girls who were raped and end up having babies, had their babies taken away, and that some of those babies were allegedly killed. I have not found a way to corroborate any of that, but those comments have appeared.
