It’s always reassuring to see Trump living down to his own standards, under which the words “democracy” and “freedom” (and many others) have no objective meaning but encompass anything that Trump wants to do for any reason or for no reason other than that’s what he personally feels like doing at that particular second. If that makes him sound as if what he really wants is just to be a dictator, that’s only because that IS what he’s always really wanted. For Trump, democracy and freedom are not ends that we should pursue to create the society we want to have, they are tools Trump uses to create the society he wants to rule.

Actually...my Mom was Methodist, but in those days, the non-Catholic spouse had to sign that s/he would raise the children Catholic, and she honored that. It ended up being a good balance.

How do we now respond if ICE tries to force entry to a home using one of their "administrative warrants"? Perhaps we, in advance, should get a ruling from our state Attorneys General making such "warrants" illegal and void? If said AG refuses to make such a ruling, they definitely lose my vote in the next election.

Federal judges continue to issue rulings against this regime with orders to stop their illegal actions, which are then ignored & disregarded. The result is an ineffective judicial branch of government that does a whole LOT of BARKING with NO teeth to BITE! Only until the Courts follow through & charge this regime’s leaders with contempt, no further actions will occur to bring these traitors to justice... & this Congress needs to get off its hind end & impeach this entire administration's disgusting cabinet.
