The SCOTUS six didn't address any of tRUMPS refusals to abide by the court's decisions. Now, these six hypocrites and the MAGA repubs. think it's okay to rendition innocent immigrants to dictator's prisons. To be tortured and executed. This after the Congress passed a law (Immigration bill) that you can't send immigrants to dictator's countries and the country the immigrant migrated from without the immigrants' and or their lawyer's consent. The immigration judge has the authority to rule. When the immigrant was brought to the court with their case that would determine if they were here illegally and if they have a history of serious crimes. tRUMP unliterally and without authority repealed that Immigration bill.
Justice JACKSON, Justice SOTOMAYOR and Justice KAGAN filed the dissent with the obvious reasons why the dark letter giving tRUMP authority to not give the immigrants their right to an attorney and Habeas Corpus. The SCOTUS six wouldn't write a decision because there was no case law that would override the Deportees right to Habeas Corpus.
So, the six Maga cowards just said it was okay with them that tRUMP violate their rights and ship them off to any dictator's country to be tortured and killed. So, there is no need to follow the rule of law which protects them. Another section of the constitution. The right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. These SCOTUS six must be impeached along with their favorite dictator, tRUMP.
All that needs to be done for this to happen. VOTE. It's a very simple thing. You will then be giving the democrats, a major MAJORITY in the House and the Senate. Then, they can impeach tRUMP for the third time and those SCOTUS hypocrites which violate our constitution. Which ruled it's okay for tRUMP and his Gestapo to kidnap any American citizen without due process of the law. Think about that. To torture AND KILL INNOCENT PEOPLE.
