Gosh, your ability to to find signature a midst the chaos of the monstrous and to track the monstrous in both the monster and those dealing with him, is a strange gift to our very flawed civic space that is try to figure out all of this out. Congratulations on being able to write it out for us, this at times unwordable evil. I really appreciate your work. I really hope you have a form of self care that works as you do this labor. Grateful for your sense of justice and enduring patriotism. And for all sacrifices involved.

Thank you Ellie for all the hard work you’re doing!

Ellie, as an attorney, I can tell you that, in my experience, someone who thought that was acceptable writing would not have been accepted to law school.

Or community college, without remedial course(s).

This guy’s grammar, syntax, not to mention punctuation, is 9th grade level at best. I feel like my IQ has lowered just reading it.

If this discovery affects the non-prosecution agreement, that would be *awesome*, as that’s the basis of Ghislaine’s whole defense.

Yeah, at the beginning, he seems to try to be proper & professional but obviously can't keep up the ruse. To me, the fact that Acosta may have USED this letter as a basis for lightening up the sentence in the pleas deal is UNCONSCIONABLE & disbarrment worthy. There is NO WAY in any universe that Acosta could have thought a barred attorney wrote that gibberish!!

Agreed. Plus, Acosta, is currently on the Board of NewsMax…

Oh, Ellie…🤦🏼‍♀️47 is a fool if he thinks he can bury this.

My God, the corruption in this case is beyond belief. The number of people involved in high legal offices is astounding. I believe Epstein would write his own plea deal. He thought of himself as the ultimate corrupt businessman. The fact that he held so many titles is alarming. This entire case is disgusting.

Has anyone found anything about Epstein being an operative for Mossad? Possibly a double agent for many Governments.

Beyond belief that this continues to this day, disgusting

Although the content of Epstein’s draft is repulsive, I don’t think it constitutes a “forgery” for a client to draft or to assist in drafting the text of a letter proposed to be sent to the opposing party. Clients regularly participate in composing communications that might ultimately be sent with the lawyers’ signature. Of course, the lawyers would have freedom to decide whether they would sign and send the letter the client proposes or adopt his text. Epstein’s handwritten text fairly closely tracks the gist of some of the letters his lawyers wrote to Alex Acosta.

The disposition of the Florida criminal case—the sweetheart deal—was certainly unprecedented in light of the gravity and extent of his crimes. But Epstein’s participation in drafting lawyer letters to prosecutors would not be unusual, especially considering what a great manipulator Epstein was. And, sadly, Epstein’s manipulation worked.

His first draft started "Dear Santa".

Does it bother anyone else that Alex Acosta, Ken Starr and jay lefkowitz all came from Ellis and Kirkland

Thank you Ellie for what you are doing. I knew the work would come from regular people. No one else was going to do it. They were too frightened because of the people who consorted with Epstein. It’s why no one did anything for so many years.

Is Epstein's email to himself in June 2019 a client list? I suspect that everyone of Trump's friends is either on Epstein's client list or on the Trump Org client list. Anyone who is associated with Trump since 2024, especially the big donors, are probably on one or both of the client lists.

Phiny's avatar

Yes I thought the DOJ went out of their way NOT to make those lists public at all costs

No matter how professional or how hard they try, criminals always slip up and leave a tell. Sometimes they’re easy to see, and sometimes they’re almost impossible, but with your investigative, critical thinking, and logic skills, you’re able to pick out things that so many others don’t catch.

The work you put into this is incredible. Thank you so much on behalf of all of us who want to see everyone involved in this sick, perverted, and tragic story brought to account, and see some real justice for the victims/survivors and their families.
