And let's hope that Sean Dunn gets a 7-figure book contract which will be the basis of the feature film The Sandwich Patriot.

Can’t believe it took the jury 7 hours of deliberation, were they trying to score a meal out this nonsense? And who pays the legal bill for the defense…can he sue for malicious prosecution?

Can't believe all those want to be tough guys were hurt by a sandwich still in its wrap. Snowflakes. They should be charged with making false statements under oath when they wrote the charges.

Pretty sad when government spends time and money on someone whose only wrongdoing is throwing a sandwich at someone out of sheer frustration. This after trump pardoned violent criminals who committed acts of treason and assaulted government police!!! And continues to pardon convicted criminals and dismiss cases against dirty, crooked businessmen and politicians! What is wrong with this picture?

It took the jury 7 hrs of deliberations because they were sampling other Subway sandwiches to determine which had the mustard smell the officer complained about. 😆😁😄

Does the bringing of a charge that is dependent on bodily harm when there is not a hint of evidence of such harm constitute prosecutorial misconduct?

Well, six of the justices anyway. Gorsuch and Barrett at least think before reflexively following orders.
